Our Managing Director, Daniel Flores, will be speaking at the GAR Live: ISDS 2024 conference in London on June 5, 2024.  Dr. Flores will participate in a panel discussing how governments everywhere are dealing with tension between energy security and energy transition, and the particular issues that arise for investor state disputes as a result.

This conference, organized by Global Arbitration Review (GAR), will take place as part of London International Disputes Week and will bring together leading practitioners to share their insight into the need-to-know developments in investor state dispute settlement.
