Our Managing Director, Daniel Flores, will be a speaker at the 16th Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference, taking place in Prague on October 8, 2026. The event, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, will be held at the historic Liechtenstein Palace on Kampa Island.

Dr. Flores will speak at a panel entitled: “Compensation in Investment Arbitration: Reassessing Principles in Reform Debates.” Moderated by Albert Marsman (De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek), the panel also features David Bigge (Wordstone Dispute Resolution), Prof. Dr. Yannick Radi (Université catholique de Louvain), Kateřina Skryjová (PwC), and Maximilian Pika (Aurelius Cotta).

This conference is an excellent forum for state representatives, arbitrators, and industry practitioners to explore trends and share insights on the latest developments in international investment arbitration.
