He manages the allocation of human, financial, and technological resources, optimizing productivity and performance across the firm. His administrative oversight includes budgeting, financial reporting, office infrastructure management, billing, and business proposal development.
In addition to his operational duties, Tomas maintains strong client relations, ensuring that client needs are consistently met with high-quality service.
Tomas holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Campbellsville University. He is fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients.
