Mr. León specializes in research, analysis, and consulting in litigation matters, providing economic and financial expertise with an emphasis on valuation of businesses and economic damages in international arbitral proceedings. He has consulted on a variety of cases involving discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, market-based valuation models, and macroeconomic analysis.
Mr. León’s experience covers disputes in a variety of countries and industries including renewable energy and construction. His services have included the examination of economic damages, and support to the preparation of expert witness reports and economic expert testimony in international investment and commercial arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
