Jordan Heim has a decade of consulting experience assisting clients in the areas of valuation, contractual disputes, and finance. Mr. Heim specializes in providing expert testimony in litigation matters, providing economic and financial research with particular emphasis on valuation, economic damages, and economic issues related to liability. He has consulted on a variety of cases involving discounted cash flow (DCF), market-based, and asset‑based valuation models.
His industry experience includes precious and base metal mining, renewable energy, oil and gas related services, waste management, gambling, and consumer products. Recent assignments have included the examination of economic damages and support to economic expert testimony in high-stakes international investment and commercial arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Mr. Heim has provided expert testimony under the rules of UNCITRAL, ICSID, and SCC arbitrations.
