Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to identify individuals who share our values and who are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are currently seeking full-time professionals who are willing to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Design complex financial models with integrated sensitivities that allow for easy comparison of different inputs.
  • Assess the relevance of different valuation methods (income, market, costs) and articulate why they would or would not be useful for the asset in question.
  • Conduct individual research about business, economic, and financial matters related to specific industries and countries using a diverse range of sources.
  • Collaborate with teams of researchers, legal staff, and industry representatives to develop arguments that identify relevant issues related to disputes among parties, including individuals, multinational businesses, and national governments.
  • Use Excel and statistical software to analyze data related to macroeconomic and/or microeconomic information.
  • Create and analyze tables to model data that compares and contrasts historical and future trends.
  • Develop arguments to support claims based upon research and data analysis.
  • Draft portions of reports based upon research and data analysis.
  • Audit written work (both quantitative and qualitative).
  • Create presentation slides, graphs, and tables to accurately portray sophisticated economic data.
  • Provide direct support to expert witnesses and legal teams leading up to and during international arbitration hearings.
  • Occasionally travel internationally to meet with clients and attend hearings.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with two or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience researching economic data using reputable sources and databases such as CapitalIQ, FRED, and Consensus Economics.
  • Strong willingness to learn and expand your capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
