Our Services

We provide specialized services to our clients and legal teams that help distill complex economic and financial issues in a clear and compelling manner. Harnessing our collective experience, we produce in-depth analysis that is able to withstand critical review.

Our team at Quadrant Economics is equipped to handle a wide range of economic and financial matters relevant to high-stakes investment and commercial arbitrations, and litigation proceedings. We provide damages expert testimony, valuation and financial analysis consulting, and dispute advisory services that help our clients understand and address key economic and financial issues.

We help courts, tribunals, legal counsel, and government and commercial clients understand and address the financial and economic aspects of complex investment and commercial disputes. Our professionals have many years of experience as advisors in high-stakes proceedings, preparing expert reports, testifying on quantum matters, assessing economic damages, analyzing the financial terms of contracts, and conducting market and regulatory analysis.

We have worked extensively in litigation and international arbitration, testifying before major forums including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (IACAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Society of Maritime Arbitrators (SMA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and U.S. federal and state courts.

We help clients understand intricate economic and financial issues through various specialized services, such as market analysis, examination of financial statements and corporate filings, valuation, and economic assessments of policy changes. We use economic theory, industry knowledge, country and regional risk assessments, and various quantitative methods in the valuation of businesses and projects at all stages of development and operation. We have ample experience from performing valuations and consulting in 30 countries, spanning Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.

We provide top-down analysis of drivers of value and bottom-up analysis of firm or project specific factors. Our research and consulting services include writing economic reports, preparing economic and financial forecasts, and creating dynamic financial models that quantify the impact of various economic factors.  For example, we may assess the economic impact of regulatory changes, firm or project specific events, changes in commodity prices, exogenous shocks like the 2007-2008 Global Financial Crisis, exchange rate fluctuations, and other changes in market dynamics.
