Mr. José Díaz has more than 4 years of experience assisting clients in the areas of valuation, International Arbitration consulting, economic analysis, and finance. He has assisted on a variety of cases involving discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, market-based valuation models, and Monte Carlo simulation analysis. He has also consulted on cases involving large data set processing and analysis. Mr. Diaz possesses previous work experience in the banking and transfer pricing industries.
Mr. Díaz’s experience covers the valuation of damages in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. He has collaborated in cases involving various industries including oil & renewal energy, private equity, telecommunications, mining and transportation. His services have included the examination of economic damages and support to economic expert testimony in international investment and commercial arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
